Andreas Creutzmann is Chief Executice Officer of IVA VALUATION & ADVISORY AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, Frankfurt (www.iva-valuation.de) and managing partner of Creutzmann & Co. GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft Steuerberatungsgesellschaft, Landau. He is also the founder and chairman of IACVA-Germany e. V. (International Association of Consultants, Valuers and Analysts-Germany, www.iacva.de), the first professional organisation for business valuation professionals in Germany. It traces back to the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA), the market leader in the training and certification of valuation professionals in the USA with over 6,000 members.

He is a German chartered accountant specializing in business valuations, tax advisor and Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA). He has at his disposal many years of experience in various business sectors including experience in the valuation of international groups as well as in the valuation of medium-sized companies. As an expert in shareholders´ compensation claims he serves as a court appointed expert and prepares reports for the court of law.
As a professor at the private university, SRH Hochschule Calw (www.calw-university.de), not only is Andreas Creutzmann responsible for the field of business valuations and value based management, he is also an active teacher and mentor. He is a member of the DVFA group of experts for valuation. Andreas Creutzmann is a member of the professional advisory board of the magazine “BewertungsPraktiker”.

A speaker for many years, he gives lectures on business valuation as well as marketing and management. He also coaches managers and companies, and is a member of the BJU (German Federation of Young Entrepreneurs) and the German Speakers Association.

After studying Business Administration at Mannheim University, his career started with one of the Big Four accounting firms, where he was employed between 1992 and 1996.
